UAB LitBike intends to build a new bicycle factory with a development center for new mobility technologies, as well as a factory for the production of aluminum bicycles and e-bike frames, in order to enrich the Lithuanian and European bicycle industries and create new jobs.
These innovations mark an important step in the country's economy as they will increase competition in the market and provide consumers with greater choice.
UAB LitBike plans to invest in modern technologies and production processes that will allow it to produce various types of bicycles suitable for both everyday use and sports. In addition, the new factory can contribute to sustainable development by using environmentally friendly materials and production methods that reduce the impact on the environment. The construction of a factory to produce frames for bicycles and e-bikes is necessary to reduce the dependency in the supply chain from Asia and to re-establish production in Europe that was lost in Europe.
Such projects not only stimulate economic growth but can also help Lithuania become a more attractive location for investment and increase the country's international competitiveness. This initiative can also encourage young people to take an interest in cycling and an active lifestyle, thereby improving the overall health of society.
