Litbike is an OEM bicycle and e-bike factory operating in Lithuania since 2019. The company provides manufacturing services for private labels across Europe and specializes in the production of all bicycle categories – both traditional and electric.
Our production processes are carried out on modern, automated assembly lines with a daily capacity of up to 400 bicycles.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to coordinate purchase and sales orders and ensure smooth execution of processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure a consistent purchasing process of raw materials and components.
• Oversee the full cycle – from demand analysis to final delivery.
• Coordinate sales order processes and execution.
• Monitor orders until final delivery to the customer.

We expect you to have:

• Higher education (university degree or equivalent).
• Experience in sales, purchasing, or supply chain (international experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of international purchasing processes, logistics, payments, and customs regulations.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, independence, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with NAVISION (Microsoft Business Central) or other ERP systems is an advantage.
